These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the dan999 online gaming platform, accessible at dan999.biz ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by dan999 ("the Company"), a licensed online gaming operator. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. dan999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the dan999 Platform, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Provision of false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the dan999 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") by any single person is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, dan999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, merge balances at its sole discretion, and void any bets placed or winnings generated across those Accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. dan999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify dan999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Dan999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of the request will result in the Account being restricted.

dan999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. dan999 does not accept deposits via third-party accounts, anonymous payment systems, or any method not listed as approved on the Platform.

All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by dan999's payment processing systems. Dan999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges for which dan999 accepts no liability.

Dan999 reserves the right to refuse any deposit, reverse a transaction, or place a hold on funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed within 10–30 minutes for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day.

6.2 KYC Prior to Withdrawal

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request above Rs 10,000 is processed. Dan999 may, at its discretion, require KYC verification for any withdrawal amount. Withdrawal requests submitted by Accounts with incomplete KYC will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Dan999 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal in the following circumstances: (a) where KYC documentation has not been submitted or verified; (b) where there is an ongoing investigation into the Account; (c) where the Account holds an active bonus subject to incomplete wagering requirements; (d) where the withdrawal is suspected to constitute money laundering or other financial crime.

Dan999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Pakistani users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Account holders only. New account bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotional terms before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds first; real-money Balance is used for bets only after Bonus Funds are exhausted.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to bets counting towards wagering requirements. Details will be set out in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in an Account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Dan999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

All bets placed on the dan999 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• Bets are accepted only while a market is open. Dan999 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors, dan999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional rules, including the right of dan999 to delay or void bets where there is a material change in the state of play between placement and confirmation.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is — are governed by ICC rules and the specific match conditions. Abandoned, postponed, or forfeited matches will be settled in accordance with the published cricket betting rules.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are set at the discretion of dan999 and may vary by sport, market type, and Account.

All casino games available on the dan999 Platform, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and virtual sports simulations, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the respective game information panels.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. By participating in live dealer games, you accept that the game outcome is determined by the physical result of cards dealt or wheels spun, as captured and transmitted by the studio feed. Technical interruptions to the stream do not entitle a User to cancellation of a hand or spin that was already in progress at the time of the interruption.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dan999 Platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting).
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds obtained illegally.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate profit.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dan999 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Any form of fraudulent chargeback or dispute of legitimate transactions.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention methods.

Dan999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct is identified that may constitute a criminal offence, dan999 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and will provide all necessary information and assistance to any resulting investigation.

Dan999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory direction to do so.
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose dan999 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, dan999 may retain any Balance, Bonus Funds, and associated winnings as liquidated damages for the breach. Where an Account is closed for regulatory compliance reasons rather than User fault, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method after deduction of any amounts owed to dan999.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting dan999 support. Any real-money Balance will be returned following successful identity verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.

Dan999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dan999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Dan999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User into their Account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dan999 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of technical failures, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures affecting Pakistani internet service providers.

Dan999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered Users will be notified by email to the address associated with their Account, or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Changes of a minor or administrative nature may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account in accordance with Section 11 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dan999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
